Mobile Gift Cards

Mobile gift cards can be used for purchase of food & beverage at concession stands throughout TD Garden; on merchandise throughout the arena and in the Boston ProShop powered by ‘47; and to pre-pay for parking through the TD Garden Hub app.*

Gift cards can be purchased for any amount up to $500 and can be sent to friends and family via email. Once a gift card is purchased, upload it into your TD Garden Hub app mobile wallet for ease of use.

Can alcohol be purchased using a mobile gift card?

Yes. Alcohol can be purchased using your mobile gift card at participating concession stands and in accordance with our alcohol service policies. 

How do I upload my mobile gift card into my TD Garden Hub app mobile wallet?

You will receive a confirmation email with a mobile gift card number, with instructions on uploading it into your mobile wallet.

  1. You must add your gift card to your mobile wallet within the TD Garden Hub app.
  2. Download the app and login if you don’t already have it on your mobile phone.
  3. Once logged into the app, open your mobile wallet by clicking on the “PAY” button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click “Manage My Wallet” then the “Add Promo Coupon” button.
  5. Copy the gift card code in this email, and paste or type it into the “Add Promo Coupon” field and click submit.

Once you’ve uploaded the gift card into your mobile wallet, simply open your mobile wallet and scan the QR code at the register at checkout!

How do I access/redeem my mobile gift card?

Open your mobile wallet, by clicking the "Pay" button at the bottom of your home screen within the TD Garden Hub app, to scan the QR code at point of sale. 

How do I access the mobile wallet in my TD Garden Hub app to use my mobile gift card?

Login to the TD Garden Hub app using your Ticketmaster login. Once logged in, you will see a “pay” button on the bottom of the app that will open your mobile wallet to use your mobile gift card

Can I send a mobile gift card to someone else?

Yes.  There is a field for you to enter the email address of the recipient when purchasing a mobile gift card. 

How are mobile gift cards delivered?

Purchased gift cards will be emailed to you or the recipient whose email address you provide at the time of purchase. 

Do mobile gift cards expire?

No.

How do I check my mobile gift card balance?

Check the balance of your card by visiting the mobile gift card website and entering your card number.

Can mobile gift cards be exchanged for cash?

No.

Where do I find my mobile gift card number?

This can be found in the E certificate you received Via email.

Can I add more value to a mobile gift card?

No. But you can add additional mobile gift cards to your wallet at any time. .

Who can I contact for support with my mobile gift card?

Can mobile gift card value be transferred to another person once uploaded into the mobile wallet of the TD Garden Hub app?
