General Admission ticket holders may visit TD Garden’s Stair 4 entrance on the morning of their show date to retrieve a wristband in order based on their arrival time. The first 500 guests who arrive at or after 8:00am will receive a Twenty One Pilots wristband distributed by the tour. Guests with a Twenty One Pilots issued wristband will be the first to enter onto the GA floor once doors open. After these initial 500 wristbands are distributed, TD Garden will be issuing up to 1,000 additional numbered wristbands to guests who arrive at Stair 4 by 1:00pm. At 1:00pm, GA wristbanding at Stair 4 will close and all guests must vacate TD Garden property.

At 4:00pm, GA ticket holders may return to Stair 4 to begin lining up. Those with a Twenty One Pilots wristband will line up first, followed by those with a TD Garden wristband. Those who were unable to pick up a wristband on the morning of their show between 8:00am and 1:00pm will line up in order based on their arrival time at or after 4:00pm and will enter behind all wristbanded guests.

Loitering on TD Garden property at ANY TIME prior to 4:00pm on the day of your show is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to removal from TD Garden property and may be denied entry to the show.
