Join Team Sports Museum on the Rodman Ride for Kids
Listen: Terry Francona PSA (MP3: 788K)
This year, for the first time ever, The Sports Museum is participating in The Rodman Ride for Kids, the landmark charitable event benefitting at-risk children in Massachusetts. The goal of Team Sports Museum is
to raise $40,000 in support of Score with Character, a museum program that benefits thousands of at-risk grade school and middle school students in Greater Boston each year.
Team Sports Museum needs 25 riders to ride on our Rodman Ride for Kids team. The distance is rider's choice of a 25, 50 or 100-mile course. Each rider must raise at least $1500, which will help fund Score with
Character and help at-risk kids in Greater Boston.
Up for the challenge? Follow this link to register now.
If you need any help in registering as a rider, email museumstaff@dncboston.com or call us at 617.212.6814.

The Sports Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational institution housed in the TD Garden that has served Boston and New England for the past 30 years.
At The Sports Museum, we celebrate the character of Boston sports -- the unique brand of teamwork, determination, responsibility, courage, fairness, and other qualities of character possessed by our teams and
athletes that make Boston "The Greatest Sports City in America." Equally important, we use this distinctly rich heritage to help build character in kids so that they can stand strong in the face of drugs,
violence, and other dangers. |
